General Comments:
11/24/03 Site is located north of The Boulders subdivision to 1450 South East of River Road. A field review was made in 2001 to determine whether the area would require a Hillside Dev. Permit. The grading will be done adjacent to the slope from The Boulders to the site and will have little influence on the existing slope. Geotechnical recommendation is to be made to assure that slope will not be de-stabilized. To date no plans have been submitted for review process.
