| Parcel to be graded is adjacent to the Existing REA Warehouse. A permit was granted to remove/cut material from the site for use at other locations by Bryce Christensen. Hillside Development Permit was not required. Site is not in Hillside Overaly Zone but is in Geologic Hazard area. Review by Dave Black of Rosenberg Assoc. found that massive gypsum (the geologic hazard in this area) was not present at the Warehouse site. Excavation is limited generally to the area below the existing overhead powerline at the back of the site. Only excavation and removal of the onsite material is being done now. Expansion of land use by REA will require further approvals and detailed plans and soils report. See letter in file to REA re: conditions of permit. |
