| This is a City Project. Design is by Creamer & Noble Engrs. The Project required a Hillside Development Permit which was granted by the CC after review and recommendation of approval by the HRB and PC. It involves cutting more of the East Ridge on the North of Highland to accomodate widening of Highland. Resulting scar will be the same as currently exists. Slope will be a little steeper and some of the bench just beneath the basalt cap will be narrowed some. | |
