Hillside Development Permit site. Recommended for approval by HRB on 9/3/03. Conditions of approval are:
1. Anything with 10' or greater cut will be brought before HRB when lots platted.
2. Landscape plans required for staff review before development forwarded to PC.
3. Walls for lots 24&25 not higher than 6 feet without 3 foot bench at 6 foot height with 6 foot wall above bench.
4. Road alignment to worked out with engineering staff.
12/30/03 Restoration Bond Estimate submitted by Landmark today. Proposed amount is $4,600.00. Letter filed. |
