| HRB approval on 11/12/03. Conditions of approval are: 1. Building material will be red block to blend in with the hillside. 2. Proposed trees to evergreen. Later PC&CC required trees every 40 feet. Discussed non-glare roof material to prevent glare for homes on top of ridge. Plans must be approved by City Development Engineer before permit will be issued to grade. Drainage details to be approved by Egineering for approval of construction drawings. | |
