| Site review by HRB on 12/10/03. Not approved. More details on mitigation of cuts, placement of rock on cut slope, typical vegetation plan required before next review. Land owner, Gerry Brown, cautioned about Transite/Asbestos pipe existing on site. Remediation plan for disposal of Transite pipe required prior to issuance of grading permit. Concern for such was expressed at HRB review. Will be noted in minutes. City will likely be involved in mitigation of cut slopes for the new Airport Road since the City has interest in seeing the Airport Road Constructed and has committed to participate in funding the roadway. 2/18/04 HRB met on site to review landscaping plan as requested from previous meeting. HRB recommended approval of Menlove site only (not to include Airport Road and upper access). Site as approved will have only one access. | |
