| Finished 10/21/2010 Planning Commission and City Council approved the sale of the land. PC on Oct. 12th and CC on Oct. 21st. Terry Ferris brought in the check and appraisal of the property and I need to talk to Matt about the final steps. Also need to take the easement abandonment back to CC once the sale is complete. 09/28/2010 All reviewing have approved except Parks and Legal. Legal is waiting for the approval of the HOA and the quitclaim or warranty deed from the HOA to the Farris's before they will approve. Once approved it will be placed on the next available Planning Commission and then City Council agendas. |
