Saw cut water mars in curb, remove debris from box for meter access lot 93. 2. Remove debirs from lot 60 meter box for areas. 3. Replace concrete and raise boxes to grade lot 70.71 4. Replace concrete and raise boxes to grade, hyd trace wire to be exposed on lot 61 62.. 5. Lot 94 and 93 concrete around hydrant must be lkower than break- away bolts and must drain away from hydrant. 6. Wire trace test preformed 02/03/2005 Corrections required per Allen Briggs.. Remove debris from inside meter boxes ( I.E concrete and mud) replace meter lids that are covered with concrete. 02/08/2005 Approved per Allen Briggs. |
