Some meter boxes have concrete in them-remove.5. Some meter boxes setter need to be centered in box, curb stop under were lid sets. 6. Test backflow on sprinkler systems 7. Turn Fire hydrant, so 5 1/4" nozzel is facing street. 8. Raise or lower meter setters mark in curb for direction. 9. Need to flush fire hyrants. 10. Area thats not paved need valve raised and concreted 11. Some lids will not fill in box. 12. GP issued 12/13/04. Storm Water Polution Prevention plan reqmts. to be in place prior to grading. Transport of large volumes of earthwork requires Encroachment Permit. This is a Hillside Development.
