Water 08/26/2005 Corrections required per Tim Jones Lot 243.. Replace broken meter box lid.. Lot 153,154,155,156 need double water marks curb. Lot 239,280..setters need double water marks on curb.Lot 169,170 hydrant needs arrows and pipe size cut into valve collar. lot 239 280 setters need to be moved back from fornt of box. lot 174 meter box needs to be replaced setter raised to 10" below lid. Lot 158 setter needs to be straightened. Lot 160 meter obx needs to be replaced. Hydrant by commons area needs aroow and pipe size cut in. 2" vlaves for 8 metres need arrows to pipe sizes cut in.. Hydrant between lots 153,158 has no locate wire run up. Locate wire does not work from lots 173,174 to uit 176. Hydrants must be cleaned and extension must be painted red. 09/16/2005 Approved per Carson Tait 10/16/2008 Corrections required per Carson Tait.. 1 yr warranty.. A Fire hydrant pad is broken acrossed (West) of unit #147. Need to pour a new one.
