All valve collars need arrows with the size of the main. Lot 4 & 3 there is a puc stub in the concrete re poured. Lot 17 & 19 need W in the curb to make the meter. All Fire hydrants need to be painted down to the concrete.. All corrections are in white paint. 03/20/2006 Corrections required per Wayne M. Need to pour concrete around meter boxes on lot 1 & 2 all other corrections have been made. 04/04/2006 Approved per Tim Dotson 05/05/2007 Approved per Travis W. 1 year warranty.. Wire ok- as per Tim Dotson
