01/16/2006 Corrections required per Lee Keel.. Missing S mark, extend storm drain 30' extend MH up 2'. Find Ex MH
01/18/2006 Corrections required per Wayne.. All valve collars need arrows with the size of the main. Lot 4 & 3 there is a puc stub in the concrete re poured. Lot 17 & 19 need W in the curb to make the meter. All Fire hydrants need to be painted down to the concrete.. All corrections are in white paint.

03/17/2006 Corrections required per Jay Sandberg..Need drawing of record showing drainage improvements, Need letter from Geotechnical Engineer stating all flood improvements have been inspected and installed. Need private improvement certification from Engineer. Need electronic drawing of record. Need walls removed between units - not allowed between pads separated by 10 ft. 16 ft req'd if walls to remain.
