Water 02/14/2006 Corrections required per Kevin Condie.. Last inspection was in June. Remove all concrete from around valve collars. Need Bac-T. Meter setter's on rolled curb that doesn't have sidewalk, need to be 18" to 24" Behind curb. Need to check wire and finish @ sidewalk and collers. No rep from Quality was there. 3/7/06 - Corrections Required per Kevin Condie - All meter boxes need collars around them. Fix broken concrete collars. Clean and paint hydrants. Fire hydrant test outside phase line. Need valve can. There are about 4 services that need to be lowered. Fire hydrant at lot 48 need some dirt behind it so it doesn't blow off. Landscaping 02/15/2006 Corrections required per Mark Bradley.. Tonaquint Drive improvements. privacy wall, street trees and landscape, complete sidewalks. 03/09/2006 Approved per Mark Bradley.. See NOTES: City is constructing Tonaquint Drive. A bond for the improvements and landscapine along Tonaquint Drive has been posted with Wes Jenkins. The privacy wall is to be constructed with the homes at this point. Required prior to the CO of homes along Tonaquint Drive.
