Water 02/27/2006 Corrections required pre Kevin Condie.. 1. Need to have contractor show me oil in all hydrants.2. Hydrant at lot 13,16 extention gasket is not in hydrant. 3. Hammer rebar in boxes out of the way in doing this, if box is broken, replace box. 4. Clean and paint all fire hydrants.5. Lot 17 fix concrete collar and box, make sure rebar in concrete. 6. Need contractor to remove all box lids and show that there is water in meter setters.7. Need to check wire. 8. Need to check valve and flush hydrants. 04/13/2006 Approved per Kevin Condie Phase line ended at lot #3 & #4 they paved 100' past phase line, they will have to come into asphlat to Final water and put on service in on phase #2. 04/16/2007 Corrections required per Kevin Condie. 1yr warranty..There are an number of areas w/problems w/wire need to get them fixed.

Water meter boxes settling on 1620 W also on lot #18 and #19. Repair asphalt top of cul de sac on 1660 West. Seal crack in cross gutter on 1660 W and walk on 1620 W. Clean up of sidewalks and gutter and DI boxes caused by erosion.
City Development Engineer 2/27/06 - Corrections required per Wes Jenkins. Junction box at SW corner of property to be backfilled and a lid installed. Storm drain line coming into junction box has a high point. Cast iron grate for double catach basin at lot 81 does not sit flush with gutter. Fix grate to sit flush. All catch basins and storm drain manholes should be cleaned of rocks and debris. Lot 8 should be graded per approved construction drawings. Remove and replace catach basin at lot 2. Catch basin sections don't match up. Provide cleanouts for subdrain as shown on approved dwgs. Remove concrete from outflow line for catch basin at lot 42. Provide bicycle safe grate for junction box at end of walkway to school. Provide handicap ramp at walkway to school. Provide 2 end of road markers on 360 North street at end of pavement. Provide "road ends" sign at Northwest corner of 1660 W circle and 360 N intersection. Provide 2 end of road markers at end of pavement on 1640 West street. 04/05/2006..1. Remove cement in 1620 West at approximatley statron 5 + 80. 2. Install "road ends" sign on 360 North at lot 2. 3. Engineer to provide letter regarding termination of 6" subdrain pipe on 1620 West at station 4 + 50 instead of station 8 + 70. As shown on the approved construction drawings. 04/10/2006 Approved per Wes Jenkins 3/5/07 1 year warranty Corrections Required per Ken B - Asphalt needs R/R in several locations, curbing needs R/R, linear cracks in asphalt, spauling in streets, pot holes in street.
