Water 10/06/2004 Corrections Required per Kevin Condie. 1. Fire hydrant pad on lot 22 and 23 is broken need to be replaced. 2. Fire hydrant on lot 27 and 28 no concrete around hydrant and setters. 3. Lot 18 and 19 meter pad is broken. 4. Remove fire hydrant extene. 5. Concrete around fire hydrant on lot 12 and move cable box at lesser 3' way. 6. Cut arrow in collars deeper. 7. Put W in crub. 8. Replace box and concrete at corner at Sir Monte and Balboa. 9. Sweep off meter pads. 10. Paint bottom fire hydrant and clean them. Fix broken boxes. 10/18/2004 Approved per Kevin Condie

General Comments:
Hillside Dev. Permit Appr. by CC 9/5/02 $76,822.75 Restoration Letter of Credit in favor of City. Expires 3/1/04. HRB to visit site when cut thru 40%+ area is made. 11/12/03 HRB approved 2025 So. cut as is except loose rock needs to be removed and slope washed down with fire hose! Staff to approved when complete. Board does not need to see again. Board Member Bill McMurrin will review when complete.
