| Water | 7/15/2008 Corrections required per Darrin Judd.. Valve's on East Side of building need to be poured. Rod Capson says the City power dept will pave road then lift cans and pour collars. He needs to prove ths to be correct before Final can be signed. 3/16/2009 Corrections required per Carson Tait..Need arrows (for direction of flow) and line sizes cut into concrete valve box collars. Need access to the Fire riser. Need backflow test report on the Fire Riser assembly. Need to protect the fire hydrant with either bollards or concrete parking stop. Need to cut rebar out of the meter box where it limits access other meter nuts. 5/19/2009 Corrections required per Carson Tait.. Need back flow test report on the fire riser assembly.
