Trees were originally incorrectly staked and may not stand up when stakes removed. Re stake if needed to promote tree strength, Consult City Forester if needed. Remove girdling guy wires & straps from tree trunks. See attached tree staking detail. Replace 4 dead shrubs. Replace one broken Palm & one broken tree.
