| Water | 5/16/08 corrections required per Carson Tait. Need to clean the concrete off of all fire hydrants. Replace the broken grease zerk on one hydrant, replace all broken hydrant pads and meter box pads. Need to mark line sizes in all valve collars. (Some are marked 6" and they are 8"). Need to center the meter yokes in the meter boxes. A few yokes are too high and a few too low. Most problems are marked in blue paint. 6/9/2008 Approved per Barry Barnum 8/7/2008 Corrections required per Carson Tait.. Enterprise Drive,Missing meter box lid, formed pad,but not poured, clean concrete off of hydrant nozzles. 10/01/2008 Corrections requied per Carson Tait.. Need to get with Darren Judd and repair the locate wire in the areas where it will not trace correctly. 5/13/2009 Corrections required per Carson Tait.. 1 year warranty.. Need to make the locate wire work correctly. The areas where it will not trace are marked with blue paint. |
