City Development Engineer 12/23/08 corrections required per Cathy H. (1) Electronic DWG of record needs to show storm drain MH information at the Southwest stub, all storm drain pipes need to be labeled with size, slope, and type of pipe. Power needs to be shown running between transformers and bldgs. Sewer laterals need to be tied to curb and MH or bldg corner with dimensions. (2) Provide private development improvement certificate. (3) Landscaping for Blding 13 & 14 will be done at Site and Shell. Per Ken B. Garage for building #15 needs to be constructed. 1/8/09 BUILDING 15 - approved per Cathy H. Landscaping 12/30/2008 Corrections required per Laura Taylor..Remove nursery stakes and ties from trees. If trees are weak and will break when nursery stakes are removed then re stake tree using appropriate method (see attached) Replace ash tree that has broken off and looks like a shrub.( This is inspection for Bldg #15 only ) 1/8/09 approved for BLDG 15 only per Laura Taylor. 1/4/10 - 1 year warranty - approved per Ken B.
