8/6/2008 Corrections required per Kevin Condie..Clean & paint all fire hydrants,need to check all valves, make sure they are open,valve in Plantation & 1600 So have no arrows,or line sizes in them, need to check locate wire, check all meter box lids are on and not mssing,turn fire hydrant,check back flow on sprinkler system, all valves need concrete collars.

(2) Electronic DWG of record - show flowline in at existing C.B. on South side of old Plantations, label all storm drain pipes w/size, type, length, etc. Provide all invert information at each box (ins & outs) or SDMH, storm drain line cannot go underneath water features (see area at Northeast corner - address), DWG not in HCN - off to the North. (3) Provide Rock Wall Certification letters. (4) Final plat needs to be sumitted or deed of dedication and easements need to be provided in common areas. per Ken B. Still under construction.
