Engineering 1/15/09 corrections required per Brandon W. Failed compaction test in final grading report (on file in City office). Cross gutter on Snow Canyon Parkway not inspected. Street signs not installed. Monument, collars are not in or stamped. All DI boxes need to be cleaned out. End of road markers needed where asphalt ends. Lots on upper end to be cleaned off and graded. Trash and debris removed. Property corners need to be set - front and rear. Clean outs broken on upper wall for water capture trench. Remove rock off pads. Rock wall compliance letter REQUIRED. Remove dirt ramps off of curb. Landscape not complete. Cleanup roads. Missing collars on meters. NOT A COMPLETE LIST. 2/6/2009 Corrections required per Brandon Wright..Note: Handicap ramp were placed to drawing on plans approved by City, they don not meet ADA spec. Three willows located in traffic line of sight corridor need to be moved to other landscape areas. Common area landscape adjacent to streets "H" "I","J" "K" and "L" are currently not landscape.
