Trash enclosure needs solid doors, approved plans show new fence off of corner of existing building. Plans do not show fence between building with slats. Remove all asphalt & concrete debris in right of way along City Creek Wash. Make it Driveable, repair tie in for asphalt CSO water will not pond.
