| Water | 3/18/2009 Corrections required per Carson Tait..Tracer wire coming out of valve cans on North west side of building won't trace going north to end of stub,wire to fire riser will only work form inside building out to can. need to dig up and repair. Need to have the Rip back flow assembly at the meter tested and tagged. Need a hose bib vacuum breaker on the hose bib at the R-p 3/25/2009 Corrections required per Carson Tait.. Marking/locate wire test failed. Need to dig up at the valve collar and repair the short to ground. 4/1/2009 Corrections required per Carson Tait..Checked 3/26-27 not ready.. checked 3/30 not ready.. Checked 3/31 & 4/1 equipment parked over the valves,could not complete the inspection. 4/15/2009 Corrections required per Carson Tait: The wires in the newly poured concrete valve collar have been cut because the wires were placed too high in the riser. This placement allowed the lid to cut the wires and make a ground through the riser. Need to do it over. 4/23/2009 Approved per Carson Tait 2/26/2010 Approved per Kevin Condie.. 1 year warranty |
