| Landscaping | 5/7/10 corrections required per Zac Koceja - Trail paving is complete but the required fencing and trail signs have not been installed. Met with Phillip Solomon two weeks ago and he said that the City (Energy Services) would pay to have the remaining fence and signs installed. Park Planning (Zac Koceja) will order the required signs next week. I am not sure how soon the fence will be installed. I will follow up with Phillip S. the beginning of next week. 5/7/10 approved per Zac Koceja with following conditions. Trail to remain closed until fencing and signs are installed. 5/27/10 approved per Zac Koceja. Energy services has committed to install the required fencing and signage before trail segment is to be re-opened. 4/5/11 - 1 year warranty - approved per Brett B. |
