Why is there a note that states grate not installed? That needs to be on the inlet. Need to show wall along wash w/Elevations 2. Curb inlet box on South end of project is in/comp. not installed? 3. Several curb & sidewalk locations have expansion joint sticking out and causing a tripping hazard 4. End of sidewalk missing ramp. 3/10/10 corrections REQUIRED per Cathy H. Landscaping 2/3/10 correctioins required per Cathy H. Landscaping in front yards to be completed with each home BEFORE CO. per Ken B. No landscape present. per Mark Goble (Parks 2/9/10) - Disturbance beyond toe of the retaining wall needs to be finished graded and a native seed mix needs to be spread on disturbed areas. Seed mix to be approved by Park Planning. Grading and Drainage Plan dated 11/2008 with latest revision dated 6/24/09 shows two locations for 4" drain pipe to day light at wash. Only the drain pipe at the South end of the drain line was found. Areas to be rip-rapped with native rock have not been completed. Concrete retaining wall has not been stained; staining color to be approved by Park Planning. 3/11/10 corrections required per Mark Goble - Where fill was placed between concrete wall and wash some areas need to be smoothed out better. Smoother transition between native grade and fill grade. Areas to be rip-rapped have not been completed. Concrete wall has not been stained. Color to be approved by Park Planning. Create smooth wash channel in areas where wash alignment has been filled in with fill dirt. Apply seed mix to distributed areas next to wash. See attached native seed mix recommendation.
