| Water | 10/30/2003. Corrections required per Jeff Lance. Pressure check okay. 2 fire hydrants need rubber gaskets marked in blue paint. 1 fire hydrant top is cracked. Fix everything marked in white paint. Still need to check wire. 12/29/03. Corrections needed - White Ridge Dr. broken meter box and rebar in way need to bend back. Need to paint fire hydrant on bottom that are too high. Need to fix fire hydrant top is gone on Ducati Way. 2 fire hydrants painted with Blue paint need gaskets. Desert Hills Dr. first lot on West side needs concrete around meter box. 1/9/04. Approved per Jeff Lance. |

Complete all elect. The drawing of record must show the dike details and capasity. All c ut or fill sopes stepper than 2:1 must be retained or addressed by the Geo tech eng. of record. the over cut areas in back of lots 136-138 need to e restored to match hillside board requirements or retained with rock per the geo. eng. 12/23/2003. Corrections required per Mike Hester. Install the street lights and complete t he electrical.
