Some of the master boxes have had the re-bar placed below the concrete.It cannot serve its function when placed in the diet. The line must be capped on the east side for lot 76 to have water the one inch landscape meter needs to be tagged and the back flow assembly tested and tagged. The asbuilt drawing does not show the manline valves clearly do over 3/05/2014 Approved per Carson Tait 1/30/2015 Corrections Required per Carson Tait.. 1 year warranty.. Need to pull the concrete pad around the hydrant and meters on 1890 East Circle there is a large cavern under the pad and side walk re compact the soil fill the caven and re pour the pad and collars 12/7/2015 Approved 1 yr warranty per Kevin Condie |
