Permit issued on 10/9/03. Inspection requests required. Permit is for Lower Twin Lakes only! Upper Twin Lakes will require another permit. Fees not assessed for this permit. Fees will be assessed when Upper Twin Lakes is permited. City acceptance is contingent on final grading report and "VERVICATION OF COMPLIANCE" as per Hillside Ordinance. No restoration bond required as most of rough grading has been done. Restoration will need to be complete as required, to the satisfaction of the City before cceptance. City will be paying up to $90,000.00 for improving lower and upper Twin Lakes Roads including the new tie-in to the existing Twin Lakes Resort access road. |
