08/20/04 Corrections required. per Carson Tait. Need to pour two hydrant splash pads. Raise one fire hydrant. Add two hydrant bollards to protect the fire hydrant. Replace the stuck valve can lid.
08/23/2004. Correction required per Carson Taite. Need to paint the hydrant barrel red on the raised hydrant. Need to paint the hydrant bollards red. Need to clean the concrete and dirt off the fire hydrant.

08/19/2004 Corrections required per Mike Hester. Clean all public improvements. 2. Clean all strom drains inlets and pipe. 3. Back fill all sidewalk A min. of 1' behind the walk at a 2 % and grade before any slops up on down. 4. Revegeatate the desturbed areas of the wash. 5. Install all traffic control and street sighns. 6. Place temp. construction fencing to all developing areas to prevent public access . 7. Complete all landscaping on 1990 east. 8. Rip Rap all storm drain discharge pipes per approved plan. 9. Collar the hydrant on the west side of the parking lot behind the Club HOuse. 10. Strip all forms and remove all stakes from concrete flat work. 11. Remove the debris from the wash north of the north box culverts.12. Construct the turn pocket on the n/w corner of mall drive and 1990 East after relocation the sewer m/h and fire hyd. and extend the drainage.
