Need pig tail out back of meter setters. Lot 1&2 meter setter is wrong. No arrows or line size in concrete collar. No rebar in meter boxes and collars, redo and make 8" on all sides. Replace collor around fire hydrant, up to grade of side walk - with approve concrete company. Need to check wire. Need correct record of drawing. 1/11/07 Corrections required per Kevin Condie. Lot #5 need setter centered in box. No wire at hydrant. Wire in valve boxes need to be put in - to city standards. Need to check wire. Make arrow bigger.
