Special Event Permit Application

As required by City Code (Ref: 3-10-4A), your completed electronic application—including all required fees and any corrected information—must be submitted no more than 365 days in advance, with the following minimum notice:

• Special Events: At least forty-five (45) calendar days before the event.
• Film Events: At least twenty (20) calendar days before the event.
